We're pleased to announce that the 2008 Holland Hospital Annual Report has be recognized by two industry awards programs. This 16 page annual report recently won a Gold Award from the LACP - League of American Communications Professionals and a Silver Aster Award for excellence in medical marketing.
The Aster Awards is a medical marketing awards program allowing healthcare organizations and advertising agencies to compete against similarly sized competitors from across the nation and world. While it is LACP's goal to help facilitate discussion of best-in-class practices in communications and recognize those who demonstrate exemplary communications behaviors. The annual report won a total score was 94 out of a possible 100, with high marks for creativity, information accessibility, and the cover. One comment said, "We love how this book really creates an emotional connection with the reader." Another: "Great job finding a way to 'break out' from more conventional communications."
